Registration procedure

1. Send your registration form with a deposit of £100 per person for EU students and £500 for non-EU students requiring visa support.

3. Please pay the balance no later than 4 weeks before the course starts.

2. You will receive a confirmation letter with host details if immediately available and an invoice with the outstanding balance shown.

4. You will receive a final confirmation email with all host details, programmes, and receipt of payment 4 weeks before the course starts.
